On the 72nd anniversary of the Schuman Declaration I was invited by Simone Ceramicola, President of the Avenir de l’Europe to pay tribute to the Founding Fathers of the European Union Robert Schuman. It was a very symbolical day. On the 9th May 1950 Schuman Declaration was proclaimed. 64 years later, on the 9th May 2014 Promote Ukraine was officially “born”, this time not “because of” but “thanks to” the Belgian bureaucracy that put the stamp on the statute on that day.
